Pastor Larry and Sister Judy, the founders of Promiseland Church, they have been the ones holding the rope for all of us. Through every season — the highs and lows, the growing years, the hard years, and the blessed years — they have faithfully held that rope. They have prayed when we couldn’t pray for ourselves. They’ve believed when others doubted. They’ve poured into this church, into families, into souls — weaving faith, love, and sacrifice into every strand. The rope represents strength — but not just strength that comes from one fiber. It’s made strong because many strands are woven together. And that’s exactly what Pastor Larry and Sister Judy have done. They’ve woven their lives, their hearts, and their calling together with God’s people to build something that will last for generations. Because they were willing to hold the rope, many of us have found hope, salvation, healing, and purpose. Because they held on, Promiseland stands strong today — a church built on prayer, love, and unity. We are so thankful for their unwavering hands, faithful hearts, and steadfast grip on the rope. They have taught us that when we all hold on together, when we stay connected to God and to each other, there’s no storm we can’t withstand and no mountain we can’t climb. We love them both dearly and are so thankful for them leading the way, for believing in us, and for never letting go of the rope.
